Where do i find the pictures from my event?
does the rental come with an need attendant?
Most of our booths include a friendly, on-site attendant to keep things running smoothly. The Selfie Booth, however, can be rented with or without an attendant—your choice!
What areas do you service and do you travel?
We are located in Memphis, TN and will travel within 30 miles of our home base for free. If your event is farther away, we will travel for a nominal fee of $2.00 per mile. We frequently service the midsouth area including northern Mississippi, Western TN, and eastern Arkansas and their surrounding areas!
my event is outside, is this a problem?
No problem! However, there are a few requirements for outdoor events.
1. Photobooth needs to be on a flat, solid surface.
2. The client must provide a tent or shelter to protect the booth from weather conditions.
3. A power source must be located within 15 feet of the booth.
I need the booth set up early. how much will this cost?
Typically, your attendant will arrive one hour prior to the rental time to start setting up. If you’d like the booth set up earlier or prefer the rental period to begin later than the event start time, a $50 per hour idle time fee will apply.
what are the set up requirements?
Each booth has its own setup requirements, but all of them need a power source within 15 feet and access to venue WiFi if our hotspot isn’t available.
